The company behind OTRS (OTRS Inc.) is not in itself a software manufacturer but rather gives support and assistance during the use of the suite. It has 60 employees working in the USA (Cupertino, CA), Mexico (Mexico city, Guadalajara, Jalisco) and Germany (Bad Homburg and Straubing) who bring their expertise to more than 350 clients around the world.

ITILview has an agreement with OTRS Mexico to offer services and techical support in Spanish to all OTRS clients in Spain.
