ISO / IEC 20000

The ISO / IEC 20000 series - Service management published and regulated by the ISO (International Organizatrions for standardization) and the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) on the 14th December 2005, is the internationally recognised standard in IT Service Management. Series 20000 has been developed using exisiting BS15000 standards issued by by the British regulatory body, the British Standards Institution (BSI).
